WinScan Form

Properties of the main form of the program:
At the top there is a menu with the items: File, Camera, View, Time, Misc, Help.
At the bottom there is a status line, showing the camera state.
An other status line shows the selected filter.
At the form you see some buttons for often needed functions.
During the exposure of a standard image the left time is shown.
Most functions of the WinScan can started by pressing a button or by the main menu
The screensaver may be disabled (or enabled) while using this program.(It is reset, when WinScan is closed)
A button "Alarm" may be set on, to play a sound on errors, but then you must also copy a *.wav file to the winscan dir and rename it to "dog6.wav".
